Zelnik Properties are a Bulgarian Ltd company, established in 2006, by a team of six UK based (British) winter sports enthusiasts.

The majority of our team have a UK military background and include ex-downhill racers, as well as competitive snow-boarders and ski instructors with years of winter sports experience.

We understand what makes a good ‘ski apartment’ and this knowledge is further bolstered by our founding member being an accomplished UK and European property developer. We decided to build property in the Borovets region of Bulgaria, as the country offers unrivalled value for money and a ski area with the potential to become as good as the best Alpine resorts.

Zelnik Properties is managed by Neil Todd, who has recently completed over 20 years service with the Royal Air Force, as an engineer with a wealth of project management experience and who is also a keen snow boarder and mountain biker.

We have a UK office in Lincoln, which is also the home to our sister company Zelnik Rentals Ltd; a UK registered company. We look forward to meeting you and helping you to share the dream of owning your own ski apartment.
